We go the extra mile, we even repair bullet holes.

The other day we were at Bob Wilson’s house, the owner of Trac-all Communications, cleaning his windows at his home and I noticed one of his screens was damaged. With my other crewmate cleaning windows, I decided to fix it at no extra charge. I like bob, he is a good guy. So, I repaired the screen, simple and easy. Later that month, I spoke with Bob. This is how the conversation went.  

William “How did you like the windows?” 

Bob        “They look awesome.”

William, “By the way did you happen to notice the screen repairs?”

As he chuckles, “Thanks for doing that, I really appreciate it. You know how that happened. You know our house is in the country. It was turkey season and my father was staying with us. I won’t say he is senile, but he just can’t see that well. My dad opens the window takes aim and shoots the turkey through the screen.”

 Yea I think He got the turkey
